I must say that since having children the years have just flown by almost to fast for my liking. I have this feeling that time is almost running out so to speak, and feel an urgency to slow it down. Thank you for drawing attention to this subject that I think everyone struggles with at some point in there lives. I love your Hypnosis CDs ( bought my first one in 1996)they have helped me a great deal, but have been waiting for you to come out with a book. Well the "Time" is finally here.
